There is a journal that certainly fits your study and interest, but the journal impact factor is terrible. No no, the impact factor is ok, but their acceptance ratio is low. OR another piece of info: if you want to be cited more, you should pay for it! So there are criteria for your publication, and you should cope with those problems. 

Good news: Does anyone of you want to study these criteria and make an AHP or MCDM analysis? If you are the right one and interested in multi-criteria decision-making methods, one more good news... You will be directly accepted (of course with under review) to our journal.
